Here's what you'll need

30g 50% Less Fat Cheese Shredded (Beqa)
65g Zucchini
25g Self Raising Flour Protein (Vetta)
25g Carrot
20g Onion
40g Bacon (Rindless Shortcut)
35g Tomato
1 Egg (Extra Large)
30g Egg Whites
1 pinch Salt & Pepper
40g Baby Leaf Salad Mix
30g 99% Fat Free French Dressing (Praise)
60g Capsicum

Directions

Follow these instructions

Preheat oven to 170 degrees
Beat eggs in a large bowl
Sift flour and add into mix. Stir.
Grate zucchini and carrot. SQUEEZE excess water out (this is important or you’ll have soggy slice)
Add the grated zucchini, carrot, onion, bacon and cheese. Mix
Pour mixture into a 30x 20 baking dish. Use baking paper to line the tray
Bake at 170 degrees for 30 mins
Cut up vegetables, add in salad mix and salad dressing together
