Nutrition only or Training & Nutrition:
When you first sign up on the EBT website, you’ll need to choose your membership type: Nutrition Coaching or Training and Nutrition Coaching.
Individual Accounts:
Enter you information and create your own individual accounts.
Get The App:
Once you have created your account you’ll be prompted to download the EBT app to your phone, where you will complete your check-ins and where your meal and training plans will be uploaded.
Synchronise your check-in:
Synchronise your check-in dates with your partner every fortnight, making it easier to align your meal plans if you’d like them to be similar.
We do recommend that you complete your check in together if possible, especially if you would like similar plans. This ensures that your requests are consistent!
Connect Together:
Provide the email address of the person you want to join with, which must match the email they used to sign up. For a seamless experience, we recommend that you and your partner complete your onboarding questions at the same time.
Combine you Plans:
When you choose the couple option, you’ll be asked additional questions to determine how similar you’d like your plans to be. The more detailed your answers, the smoother the process will be for creating your first plans. We’ll give you meal plans and training plans customised to your individual needs that also fit within your partners routine.

When you sign up and create an account on the website, you fill our elaborate questionnaire that covers all areas of nutrition and lifestyle.
We make the plans based on the answers to the questionnaire and your energy requirements and goals.
2 x Single day meal plans means 2 full days worth of eating per fortnight.
You can alternate between the two options however you like. For example, you can do option 1 for 3 days and then option 2 for 3 days and repeat until your check in.
All of our coaching services have an 8 week minimum commitment.
They also have unlimited email support and fortnightly check-ins.
The nutrition and premium services both include 1 nutrition plan per week.
The premium service also includes a training plan.
Our macros and training service includes a weekly training plan and fortnightly calorie and macro targets, no meal plans are included with this option.
Yes we can do couple meal plans!

We can make the meal plans similar so that it is easier for groceries and meal prep.
The meals and portion sizes are different due to different energy requirements and goals.
We aim for our clients to lose an average of 0.5kg to 1kg per week.
However each individual is different so this can affect the rate of your weight loss journey.
Yes, we cater to everyone!
Yes, we cater to pregnant and breastfeeding women. Our EBT dietitians will work closely with you.
We only take card payments that come out weekly, however, if you would like to pay fortnightly or monthly we can organise this, please email support@ebtonline.app and we can assist with this.
