45g Smart Protein Pasta Weighed RAW (Vetta)
125g Chicken Breast (Weighed Raw)
30g Spinach
30g Onion
30g Stuffed Olives Any
30g Balsamic Vinegar Fat Free
70g Tomato
2g Basil
1ml Lemon

Directions

Follow these instructions

1. In a saucepan bring water to boil and cook pasta as per packet instructions
2. Pan-fry protein until golden brown
3. In a large bowl combine salad greens, protein, sweet pepper, cherry tomatoes, and green onion.
4. For dressing, in a small bowl whisk together vinegar, basil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
5. Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
