Chicken Poke Bowl

Ingredients

  • 150g Chicken Breast (Weighed Raw)
  • 50g Edamame Beans with Shell
  • 100g Rice Cooked (Any)
  • 30g Avocado
  • 20g Bean Sprouts
  • 15g Light Soy Sauce (Ayam)
  • 50g Coleslaw Mix
  • 15g Mayonnaise 50% Reduced Fat (Kewpie)

Directions

  1. Heat a non stick frying pan on high heat and add chosen protein. Cook, stirring constantly for 5 – 8 minutes or until cooked to your liking
  2. Cook rice according to packet directions
  3. Thinly slice avocado
  4. Place rice in a bowl and top with chicken, edamame, avocado and bean sprouts. Drizzle over Kewpie Mayo and soy sauce and serveCalories: 631
