- 50g Edamame Beans with Shell
- 100g Rice Cooked (Any)
- 30g Avocado
- 20g Bean Sprouts
- 15g Light Soy Sauce (Ayam)
- 50g Coleslaw Mix
- 15g Mayonnaise 50% Reduced Fat (Kewpie)
Directions
- Heat a non stick frying pan on high heat and add chosen protein. Cook, stirring constantly for 5 – 8 minutes or until cooked to your liking
- Cook rice according to packet directions
- Thinly slice avocado
