50g Edamame Beans with Shell
100g Rice Cooked (Any)
30g Avocado
20g Bean Sprouts
15g Light Soy Sauce (Ayam)
50g Coleslaw Mix
15g Mayonnaise 50% Reduced Fat (Kewpie)

Directions

Follow these instructions

1. Heat a non stick frying pan on high heat and add chosen protein. Cook, stirring constantly for 5 – 8 minutes or until cooked to your liking
2. Cook rice according to packet directions
3. Thinly slice avocado
