When you first sign up on the EBT website, you and your partner will need to choose your membership type, either Nutrition Coaching or Training & Nutrition Coaching.
Individual Accounts:
You and your partner will each enter your own information and create individual accounts.
Get The App:
After you and your partner have created your accounts, you’ll both be prompted to download the EBT app to your phones. This is where you’ll complete your check-ins and access your personalised meal and training plans.
Synchronise your check-in:
Synchronise your check-in dates with your partner every fortnight, making it easier to align your meal plans if you’d like them to be similar.
We do recommend that you complete your check in together if possible, especially if you would like similar plans. This ensures that your requests are consistent!
Connect Together:
Provide the email address of the person you want to join with, which must match the email they used to sign up. For a seamless experience, we recommend that you and your partner complete your onboarding questions at the same time.
Combine you Plans:
When you choose the couple option, you’ll be asked additional questions to determine how similar you’d like your plans to be. The more detailed your answers, the smoother the process will be for creating your first plans. We’ll give you meal plans and training plans customised to your individual needs that also fit within your partners routine.

The duration of the Hall of Cunnies challenge is 6 weeks!
The winner of our 6-week challenge will be selected based on an assessment of their overall transformation throughout the program. This includes not only the physical changes noted in the before and after photos/videos, but also the individuals adherence to the set calories and their engagement with coaching and support provided. To maintain fairness and integrity, the use of anabolic steroids is strictly prohibited for the duration of the challenge. Any participant suspected of using performance enhancing substances may be required to undergo a blood test to verify compliance.
The winners of the Hall of Cunnies 6 Week Challenge will be announced 1-2 weeks after the final intake is finished.
Your first plans will be available before the commencement of the challenge as long as your onboarding questionnaire has been completed.
Yes! We can do couples meal plans. Please sign up and let us know who you are partnered with during your onboarding process. We can make the plans similar so that it is easier for groceries and meal prep. The meals and portion sizes are different due to different energy requirements and goals.
During the initial 6 week period, you cannot put your membership on hold. It must remain active during the duration of the challenge.
Yes, as we post the winners on our social media platforms, consent must be given to be in the running.
For this challenge, we are giving away $7.5K to the best female transformation and $7.5K to the best male transformation. We are also giving away $7.5K to the best transformation from an ex-client who has participated in a previous challenge.
You will be provided with an in-depth challenge criteria (available in your initial sign up email) that must be adhered to if you want to be eligible for challenge prizes. Your photos and videos will need to be uploaded to the app by the due dates provided to you.
