Frequently Asked Questions

Every meal plan we make, is created and personalised to the individual! No 2 meal plans are the same.

When you first join, you will fill out an extensive questionnaire which will give us detailed descriptions of what you’re currently eating, what you enjoy, what you don’t enjoy as well as any dietary restrictions. You will be prompted each fortnight to also update us on any of your preferences and/or budget considerations. The development of your meal plans is a collaborative effort to ensure that you always receive personalised plans suited to you and your goals.

With our nutrition and nutrition/training memberships, you will receive 2 options/meal plans per fortnight. You can alternate between these 2 meal plans however you’d like to ie. follow option 1 for the first week and option 2 for the second week.

You can also choose to add on an extra meal plan for an additional cost each fortnight if you would like more variety, just let us know during your check in!

A meal plan is an example of a single day of eating, typically a breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and snacks tailored to your calorie and macronutrient requirements.

Your first plans will be available within 2 business days of signing up and filling out the initial questionnaire.

All of our coaching services have an 8 week minimum commitment. They also have unlimited email support and fortnightly check-ins. The nutrition and premium services both include 1 nutrition plan per week. The premium service also includes a training plan. Our macros and training service includes a weekly training plan and fortnightly calorie and macro targets, no meal plans are included with this option.

Yes we can do couple meal plans!

We can make the meal plans similar so that it is easier for groceries and meal prep.

The meals and portion sizes are different due to different energy requirements and goals.

Each individual is different and the rate of weight loss depends on several factors including the individual’s starting point, weight loss goal, time frame, size of deficit ect. Our dietitians will work closely with you to establish a rate of weight loss when you first join.

The recommended rate of weight loss for most clients would be around 0.5-1% of body weight per week.

Yes of course! We have a team of experienced dietitians who will work with you each fortnight to ensure that your meal plans are developed in accordance to your dietary restrictions and/or preferences.

Yes! Our team of experienced dietitians will be able to provide you with support and education throughout your pregnancy. As well as ensuring that your meal plans are well balanced and safe for all stages of pregnancy and breastfeeding.

We accept card payments, which are processed on a weekly basis. If you’d prefer to pay fortnightly or monthly, we’re happy to accommodate your request. You can also choose to pay for your 8 weeks upfront.

Body Composition Changes

Changes to overall body composition over the 8 weeks – can be overall weight loss or weight gain (depending on goal) Eg. drop in fat mass/percentage or lean muscle mass gain. This is relative to the individual’s starting weight. Please Note: The use of anabolic steroids is strictly prohibited for the entirety of the challenge period, as it would confer an unfair competitive advantage. Any participant suspected of using such substances may be required to undergo a blood test to verify compliance with this rule. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in disqualification from the challenge.

Payments

Clients are required to make all payments in full and on time, either on a weekly, fortnightly or upfront basis, as outlined in the terms and conditions of the challenge. Payments must be received no later than the designated due date. Failure to submit payments on time may result in disqualification for the eligibility of prizes. Any outstanding payments must be resolved before the client can continue to be considered for any prize.
